For the provision of 1st line Helpdesk support, ABC Legal is at the ready to answer all your questions over the telephone. The line is open every working day. It offers you direct access to expert legal advice on straightforward matters.

You have questions, for example, are on: media law-related matters; intellectual property-related matters (Copyright, Trademark Law, Related Rights, Trade Name Law and Portrait Law); questions concerning privacy, domain names and press publications (whether unlawful or not). But you can also seek legal advice on other areas of law such as Employment law.

The purpose of the ABC Legal Hotline is to enable us to put you on the right track instantaneously. We will let you know if we believe that additional legal research is necessary; if so, it would, of course, be our pleasure to assist you further.

We can also arrange for members of your staff to consult the ABC Legal Hotline; for instance, editing staff, production assistants and/or other members of staff working on the spot.

Hotline Service Agreements are on a quarterly basis. Notice of termination must be given in writing by one of the parties by e-mail or by post two weeks prior to the expiry of the quarterly period.
